Atalie Olsen
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Atalie has been in the field of ABA since 2014. While working on her master’s degree, she conducted and published research in the area of socials skills for individuals with developmental disabilities. Atalie started her career developing an ABA model in a school system on a Native American reservation in Nebraska where she oversaw three severe behavior classrooms, developed school-wide behavior supports, and served on a leadership committee for school improvements. After 5 years in the school system, she worked as a BCBA in an Autism clinic in South Dakota with youth aged 2-18. After 2 years, Atalie became the Outpatient Behavior Therapy Development Manager with oversight of the outpatient ABA department and BCBAs. Overtime, she independently conducted in-home ABA, consulted with schools in the Midwest, provided community education to police departments, and contracted private BCBA candidate supervision. Atalie moved to the US Virgin Islands in the summer of 2022 where she worked with adults with ASD in clinic, community, and vocational settings. She became the ABA Clinical Quality Director in 2023 where she oversaw training, programming, and clinical policies and procedures. Atalie continues to learn from immersing herself in new cultural practices. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking, yoga, animals, and being in nature.
Raena Quinnell
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Raena has been in the field since 2020. She received her undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University in Human Development and Family Studies. After graduation, she became an RBT in Sioux Falls, SD, which led to her passion in ABA. She started her master’s program at the University of Kansas in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021. During her masters program, she assisted in publishing a chapter in Disseminating Behavioral Research and is continuing to work on publishing her masters thesis in differential reinforcement. After becoming a BCBA, Raena started her career in Omaha, NE working with clients aged from 2-14 with in-home and school based services. She assisted two companies with opening clinic locations in Omaha, NE, and did therapy in other various locations such as daycares, schools, and client's homes. While providing care for clients, she assists in supervising RBTs in training to become BCBAs and growing her knowledge in the behavior analyst world. When not engaging in ABA, she enjoys being on the lake with family, traveling to new places, trying new restaurants/food, and spending time with her dog, Groot.
Cody Havermann
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cody entered the field of ABA after discovering a passion for working with children with behavioral needs while employed in the Sioux Falls School District. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2016. During this time, he was actively involved in coaching basketball while pursuing his master’s degree in Sports Management, which he completed in 2019. Through his work in education, Cody developed a strong interest in supporting students with behavioral challenges, which ultimately led him to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
He went on to complete his BCBA coursework through the University of Massachusetts and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2022. He began his career as a BCBA in Omaha, Nebraska, working with children and families across a variety of settings. After gaining valuable clinical experience, Cody returned to Sioux Falls in 2024 with the goal of helping expand access to quality ABA services in the community and co-founded ARC ABA Therapy & Behavior Consultants.Outside of his work in ABA, Cody enjoys golfing, playing basketball, traveling, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
